At Boxy Puzzles, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our puzzle books and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your subscription or individual purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Easy and Free Returns

• Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. Simply contact us to initiate the return process, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your puzzle book(s).
• Condition of Items: Returned books must be in brand new, unused condition, and must be shipped back in the same condition in which they were sent to you.
• Included Items: Any additional items sent with the puzzle book (such as bookmarks, themed accessories, or tea samples) must also be returned in their original, unused condition. However, you may keep any free gifts that were included with your subscription.

2. Receive a Prepaid Label: We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
3. Pack and Ship: Place the puzzle book(s) and any additional items (except for free gifts) in their original packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
5. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
